Feature review notify

Posts a Slack message listing the PRs in a build that carry the feature label, with their "What to try" section, so the project's reviewer can try them in the app.

Inputs

github_token	string	Yes	—	Token with read access to pull requests and contents.
from_commit	string	Yes	—	First commit of the build range (exclusive), as a SHA.
to_commit	string	Yes	—	Last commit of the build range (inclusive), as a SHA.
label	string	No	feature-complete	Label marking PRs that complete a functional whole.
section_heading	string	No	What to try	PR body heading (level 2) whose text is quoted in the message.
slack_webhook_url	string	No	—	Slack incoming webhook URL. Empty prints the message to the log instead.
reviewer_mention	string	No	—	Who to mention in the message, e.g. "<@U0123456>". Empty mentions nobody.
build_name	string	No	Nightly build	Build name shown in the message.

Usage

The ios-selfhosted-nightly-build and ios-selfhosted-on-demand-build workflows run it after the build when the caller passes SLACK_WEBHOOK_FEATURE_REVIEW. As an action:
